Catherine Jirak is the Co-Founder and currently Co-President of QueBIT, where she co-leads the Finance and Operations Technology Business Units. She has spent over two decades building and scaling a company known for both technical excellence and people-first leadership. From the early start-up years to its current position as a leading force in Finance and Operations Technology, Catherine has helped shape QueBIT into an organization defined by innovation, integrity, and long-term partnerships.

With more than 25 years of experience across consulting and corporate finance, Catherine blends strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership. She began her career in public account and then went on to hold leadership roles at CPC International, and later running her own accounting and consultancy practice before launching QueBIT.

Beyond her executive leadership, Catherine is a passionate advocate for women in technology and finance. She has served as a mentor and speaker through organizations such as Tech Up for Women and held advisory roles with the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) and Her New Standard (HNS). Her influence extends beyond business performance, helping build a culture that values family, inclusivity, and the development of future women leaders in tech.

Catherine holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Scranton and is a member of the AICPA. Outside of work, she is an avid skier and golfer, and a certified member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America.
