Amber is the President & GM of the HR Tech Services Business Unit (Syssero), leading all aspects of the business unit’s consulting operations – including sales, service delivery, and customer support. Amber is the Founder of Syssero, a high-growth Workday consulting firm known for its uncompromising commitment to customer success, culture, and community. Since founding the company in 2016, Amber has guided Syssero from humble beginnings into a nationally recognized consultancy, including being named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces. Syssero’s growth has been fueled by a relentless focus on quality, integrity, and scalable service delivery.

Earlier in Amber’s career, she held senior Workday leadership roles as IT Workday Architect at The Coca-Cola Company, Senior Workday Solution Consultant at Kimberly-Clark Professional, and Senior Solution Consultant at Sierra-Cedar. Amber began her Workday career at Workday, progressing through functional consulting, project coordination, and solution leadership roles supporting enterprise-scale HCM, payroll, benefits, talent, and analytics implementations.

Throughout her career, Amber has developed a reputation for building scalable consulting organizations, advancing the Workday ecosystem, and creating environments where teams and clients thrive through collaboration, innovation, and disciplined execution.

Amber holds an MBA from Northcentral University and a BS in Management from California State University.
