Amber is the Vice President of Executive Operations at Rotation Digital, where she oversees executive team operations, integration, and organizational effectiveness, ensuring the leadership team operates with the highest standards of efficiency, effectiveness, and long-term scalability.
Prior to joining Rotation Digital, Amber was Director of Operations, Mid-Atlantic at CW Advisors, where she led the successful integration of Agili following its acquisition in 2024. Before that, she spent more than a decade at Agili, serving in senior leadership roles including Director of Operations, Chief Compliance Officer, and Manager of Investment Operations. During her tenure, she modernized systems and processes, strengthened compliance programs, and drove continuous improvements in firm operations.
Earlier in her career, Amber held operational and business development roles at Ropes & Gray LLP in New York, where she managed practice group strategy, budgets, and client development initiatives, and served as an Investment Management Paralegal supporting mutual fund and hedge fund teams.
Amber holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in Psychology and Romance Languages from NYU.
