Heather is the Head of HR Tech Services, where she leads service delivery, consulting operations, and client success across the firm’s implementation and optimization engagements. Since joining Syssero in 2021, Heather has progressed through multiple leadership roles—including Functional Consultant and Managing Principal Consultant—before assuming her current role overseeing end-to-end services delivery. She is known for building high-performing teams, driving executional excellence, and ensuring consistent, high-quality client outcomes.
Prior to Syssero, Heather served as Workday Services Manager at SRS Distribution Inc., where she led Workday service delivery and post-implementation support across the organization. She was later entrusted with the role of Human Resources Project Manager, where she guided enterprise HR initiatives and cross-functional transformation efforts.
Heather brings deep expertise across Workday service delivery, HCM project leadership, and operational execution. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for disciplined project management, collaborative leadership, and a relentless commitment to client success.
Heather holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from St. Edward’s University.
