Lindsey is the Director of Human Resources at Rotation Digital, where she leads people operations, HR strategy, and talent initiatives across the organization.
Lindsey brings a rare combination of HR leadership and deep technical fluency, having spent the better part of a decade as a Workday functional consultant and HRIS specialist before stepping into her current role. Her background spans compensation, workforce systems, HR technology implementation, and talent and culture strategy — giving her an unusually grounded perspective on how people and platforms intersect. Prior to joining Rotation Digital, she served as Senior Manager of Talent and Culture at Synneca and spent nearly four years advancing through the Syssero consulting team. She holds a BS in Business Management from North Carolina State University.
