Mark Burlee

Mark is the Chief Financial Officer at Rotation Digital, where he leads the company’s accounting, treasury, and FP&A functions to support the company’s continued growth. 

Prior to Rotation Digital, Mark was the Vice President of Finance at Backflip, where he led financial strategy, planning, and performance management. Prior to Backflip, he spent nearly five years at Chime in senior strategic finance roles, partnering with business leaders on forecasting, unit economics, and long-range planning. 

Earlier in his career, Mark worked in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey and Bluestone Capital Partners, and in institutional investing at Cambridge Associates. 

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University, where he was a varsity football student-athlete and Academic All-Conference honoree.
